Visual Thinking for Sustainability Day 1
In this workshop, learn how to use drawing to simplify and communicate sustainability concepts for greater impact and action.
Have you ever found that your ideas or complex sustainability topics you're really passionate about don't resonate or drive action as much as you would like?
Perhaps drawing is something you can use in your toolkit for more effective communication.
We need sustainability and circular economy ideas to be more normalised and explained in a way that translates into action.
This is where illustration comes in. Visuals can stick in long-term memory, they can transmit messages faster and also trigger emotions and actions.
So, this workshop is for anyone who wants to develop their skills in drawing and visual thinking to more effectively communicate and simplify sustainability concepts for greater impact and action.
You'll walk away with a deeper understanding of drawing principles, formats, shapes and a template to create a clear brief, a proven illustration design process and a finished illustration of your very own (of a sustainability topic/concept of your choice).
With plenty of fun drawing activities, this workshop will show you the untapped creative potential you have in drawing.
